We never want to see a local restaurant close, especially after 14 years of service. This Saturday February 20th, Grazies will close its doors for good. We have always liked Grazies but have noticed a steady decline in multiple things. They provided great Italian food and service through their stay in the Multiband Tower. We at Fargo Bites are sad to see them go. The owners claim that there are to many other options in the Fargo area. That is true, there are a lot of options, but any restaurant can thrive if it sticks out and is properly managed. You have until Saturday at 10:00 PM to eat there one last time, but we wouldn’t recommend it. In their final week open they appear to be under staffed and the food is average at best. Thank you Grazies and we hope there are more local Italian style restaurants in the future for the Fargo area.
